To prevent the baby's malnourishment , our health program brings support and medical knowledge to the mothers of La Chureca and surroundung communities. The program consists of teaching them how to better take care of their children and themselves during the pregnancy, nursing, and nurturing stages. In addition we seek to help their families as a whole, offering medical supplies and advice to all those sharing a roof with the expectant mother.

In addition, both of our rescue homes are able to receive malnourished children under the age of two, in order to restore their physical, mental and spiritual wellness.
